About the role
Dreams4u Nursery and Daycare is seeking a dedicated Nursery Nurse Apprentice to work with children aged 0-5. This apprenticeship involves working towards an Advanced Diploma in Early Years and will last for 14 months. The role requires creating a fun, engaging, and safe environment, teaching within EYFS requirements, and supporting children's self-care needs. You will communicate with team members and parents, liaise with external customers, and assist in meeting Ofsted requirements. Essential skills include Maths & English at GCSE grade C/4 or above, and Functional Skills Level 2. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, alongside creativity, initiative, and patience. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop into a Level 3 practitioner with potential for full-time employment and further career progression into roles such as Room Leader or management training.
