About the role

As an Apprentice Parts Advisor with one of the UK’s leading DAF Truck dealerships, you will gain paid training, hands-on experience, and a Level 2 qualification. Travel and accommodation to the DAF Academy are covered. This is a great first step into customer service with potential to progress to a Level 3 qualification.

Key duties include safely storing and organising parts, receiving and processing stock deliveries, handling customer orders and payments, using computer systems, identifying and sourcing parts, and assisting with customer enquiries. You will also learn to monitor and solve customer problems and follow company procedures.
