About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a Customer Service Specialist at KING AND FOWLER UK LIMITED, a well-established aerospace specialist with a rich heritage. You will join the Customer Account Management team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to the company's global aerospace customers. As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience and develop key skills in customer relationship management, supply chain coordination, and production communication, all contributing to business excellence and growth. Your duties will include responding to customer enquiries, providing order updates, supporting customer communications and reporting, and maintaining accurate customer records. You will also assist Customer Account Managers by monitoring customer actions, updating CRM and ERP systems, and supporting customer review meetings and visits. A crucial aspect of the role involves supply chain coordination, where you will monitor customer orders, liaise with production and scheduling, support delivery planning, and help resolve delivery queries. Furthermore, you will contribute to continuous improvement by supporting customer satisfaction initiatives, analyzing feedback, and participating in improvement projects, deepening your understanding of specific aerospace customer requirements. Entry requirements
