About the role

Join TEMP LABOUR (JQ) LTD's recruitment team and develop essential skills in administration, recruitment, interviewing, advertising, sales, and business development. This apprenticeship offers comprehensive training and support, guiding you towards managing your own recruitment desk. You will build strong client and candidate relationships and contribute to growing a successful recruitment business. Key duties include maintaining accurate records, utilizing recruitment and payroll systems, creating and monitoring job advertisements, sourcing and screening candidates, assisting with interviews, developing relationships, supporting sales and marketing activities, identifying new business opportunities, and adhering to relevant legislation. The program aims for you to independently manage the recruitment process from start to finish, with opportunities for increased responsibility as your skills grow.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Attention to detail, communication skills, creativity, customer care skills, initiative, IT skills, organisation skills, problem-solving skills, sales skills, and team working abilities are essential.
