About the role

Future Champions Children's Nursery is looking for a warm, enthusiastic Nursery Apprentice with a passion for childcare and a desire to achieve a Level 3 Early Years qualification. You will join a friendly and supportive team, actively contributing to children's learning and development. Key responsibilities include acting as a key person, supporting planning and observations, ensuring child safeguarding and wellbeing, creating a stimulating learning environment, and building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. The nursery offers a £500 completion bonus, a £1000 loyalty bonus after one year, free uniform, provided lunch, discounted childcare, 28 days annual leave, and access to ongoing training and development. Most apprentices secure employment or continue further studies after completion, with opportunities for career progression into higher-level positions.
