About the role
Norbury Hill Cubs SW16 3LB is recruiting for an Apprentice Early Years Educator to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals looking for a career in childcare. The apprentice will be responsible for ensuring the educational, social, physical, emotional, health, and welfare needs of the children are met. During the apprenticeship, you will complete an Early Years Educator Level 3 qualification, including paediatric first aid. Duties include following policies and procedures, engaging with children's activities to stimulate learning, assisting with new admissions, maintaining records, promoting health and safety, and participating in training. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, IT, attention to detail, and organizational skills, with a patient and non-judgemental approach. Entry requirements
- GCSE English Language at grade 4/C or above, and GCSE Maths at grade 4/C or above.
