About the role

This is an ideal opportunity which help candidates to start to build their future career in accounting through the apprenticeship programme. Duties include updating and reconciling nominal ledgers, maintaining sales and purchase ledgers, and setting up and updating cash flow reports. You will also be involved in agreed monthly reports, payroll year-end processing and reconciliation, printing of payslips, and dealing with bank postings. The apprenticeship offers a pathway to AAT Level 3 and potential full-time employment upon completion.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade 5-9). IT skills, administrative skills, number skills, team working, non-judgemental attitude, and patience are essential.
