About the role

This apprenticeship offers a comprehensive training program to become a Recruitment Consultant at Right Hire Recruitment Ltd. The role involves representing the company in the recruitment market, supporting clients with both temporary and permanent staffing needs, and developing a strong understanding of candidate and client management. Key responsibilities include building candidate relationships, assisting with CVs and applications, driving sales, pre-screening candidates, conducting interviews, performing due diligence, ensuring compliance, negotiating salaries with candidates and clients, and managing client relationships throughout the recruitment process. The apprenticeship also covers business development, sourcing suitable candidates, and advertising roles. This is a full 360-degree role within the industrial and logistics sector.
