Step inside the Thornton Lodge, a charming country-style pub on the outskirts of Blackpool, as an Apprentice Chef. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your culinary skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food to meet specifications and customer expectations, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. The apprenticeship includes work-based training with a Lifetime Learner Coach and on-the-job support from a workplace mentor. You will also gain Functional Skills in English and Maths if required. This is an excellent entry point into the hospitality industry with potential for career progression within Greene King's extensive network of pubs, restaurants, and hotels.
