About the role
Join Greene King as an Apprentice Kitchen Team Leader and lead our kitchen teams to success. You'll prepare, cook, and present food to brand standards, support and guide your team, and deputise for the Kitchen Manager when needed. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for food safety and hygiene. You'll gain valuable work-based training, functional skills in English and maths, and ongoing support from a dedicated Learner Coach and workplace mentor.
