About the role
An exciting opportunity to continue your childcare career with Parenta Training, working within a supportive early years setting at DIMPLES DAY NURSERY LTD. You will develop your knowledge and skills whilst working towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and supporting children aged 0-5 to learn, develop and thrive. Duties include supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework, planning and delivering engaging activities, completing observations and contributing to assessments, supporting children's personal, social and emotional development, promoting positive behaviour and inclusive practice, working closely with colleagues and families, ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of children, and following safeguarding, child protection and confidentiality procedures. Successful apprentices may secure a permanent Early Years Educator position with opportunities to progress into Room Leader, Third in Charge or other senior Early Years roles. This role involves regular contact with children and requires a genuine passion for working with children. Successful candidates will be subject to thorough safeguarding checks, including an Enhanced DBS check.
