About the role

NOVA AUTOMOTIVE GROUP LTD is seeking an Apprentice Vehicle Damage MET Technician to join their highly skilled workforce in Sevenoaks, Kent. This apprenticeship offers a high-quality training package with excellent career prospects. The apprentice will be involved in stripping and refitting all vehicle parts, rebuilding vehicle suspension, and resetting geometry. Duties include removing, replacing, and reinstalling SRS systems to return vehicles to their pre-accident and roadworthy condition. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for cars, patience, dedication, and the drive to learn and develop new skills in the automotive industry. Upon completion, there's a possibility of permanent employment and progression to roles like Workshop Controller, Vehicle Damage Assessor, or Bodyshop Manager.

Entry requirements

  • GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4/C or above. Desired skills include communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, problem-solving, numeracy, analytical thinking, logical reasoning, teamwork, creativity, initiative, and physical fitness.
