About the role

NOVA Automotive Group is seeking an apprentice vehicle damage panel technician in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. This role involves repairing accident damage to vehicles, including the removal, repair, and replacement of body panels to manufacturer specifications. The apprenticeship offers a high-quality training package with excellent career prospects. Duties include job preparation, safety precautions, panel preparation and body measurements, interpreting technical data, using repair tools and equipment, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, patience, dedication, and a drive to learn. Upon completion, opportunities for permanent employment and progression to roles such as workshop controller, vehicle damage assessor, or bodyshop manager are available. The training is delivered by AUTO-ASSESS LIMITED, with no college attendance required. Level 2 maths and English Functional Skills will be provided if needed.
