About the role
Bright Stars Childcare Services is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Early Years Apprentice to join their award-winning nursery in Frome. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification whilst supporting children's learning, play, and development. The role involves working with children, planning activities, completing observations, and ensuring their safety and well-being. You will be part of a supportive team, working within the Early Years Foundation Stage Statutory Framework. The nursery offers a stimulating environment with excellent facilities and benefits including a uniform, closure over Christmas, an employee of the month award, a 10% childcare discount, a refer-a-friend scheme, and Paycare staff healthcare cover. A completion bonus of £500 and a loyalty bonus of £1000 after 1 year are also offered.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English Language grade 4, GCSE Mathematics grade 4, and strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills.
