Key responsibilities include answering phones, greeting patients, handling queries, taking payments, booking appointments, managing patient records, cleaning dental areas, and maintaining stock levels. The position requires individuals aged 19 or above due to insurance restrictions. With experience and further training, there are clear career progression pathways into roles such as dental practice manager, dental therapist, dental hygienist, or orthodontic therapist.
