About the role

Turves Green Service Station is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join their team as a Light Vehicle Apprentice. This role provides hands-on experience in a professional garage environment, allowing you to master real-world vehicle repairs and work towards a Light Vehicle Level 3 qualification. If you have a passion for cars and a strong work ethic, this apprenticeship is a fantastic way to build your future in the automotive industry. You will be involved in various duties including oil changes, inspections, servicing, tyre and brake work, exhaust maintenance, computerised diagnostics, head gasket and cambelt replacements, assisting with day-to-day repairs, and maintaining the cleanliness of the workshop. The apprenticeship is structured over 3 years, with training provided by Staff Select Ltd, and potential for long-term career growth within the company.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Strong communication, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, administrative, numerical, analytical, logical, teamwork, initiative, patience, and physical fitness are essential.
