About the role

This includes working with trains and bus contracts, covering everything from computer-driven systems to mechanical ones. You'll be involved in exciting projects, contributing to new technology adoption and supporting the Mayor's Transport Strategy goals, such as reducing electrical consumption and achieving carbon neutrality. As an apprentice, you'll provide technical support and expert advice to maintenance teams, driving engineering improvements through design, data analysis, or hands-on testing. This dynamic role offers exposure to a wide range of problems and projects within the vehicles engineering field. Upon completion, progression to Senior Engineer is expected within 5-10 years.
