About the role

Maersk Logistics and Services Limited is offering an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Apprentice in Liverpool. This role provides hands-on experience in integrated logistics, working towards a nationally recognised Level 4 qualification. The apprentice will learn to manage the end-to-end customer journey, resolve issues, build stakeholder relationships, and contribute to continuous improvement. The position requires a minimum of Level 4 in English and Maths, strong communication and customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Entry requirements

  • A minimum of Level 4 (Grade C or equivalent) or above in both English and Maths. Strong communication skills, IT skills, attention to detail, organisation skills, customer care skills, interest in development, confidence, positive attitude, willingness to learn, ability to work under pressure, multitasking skills, ability to learn new systems.
