About the role

This apprenticeship provides comprehensive training in the core principles of consultative selling and account management to enhance the customer journey. Apprentices will gain knowledge, skills, and behaviors required of a professional salesperson, covering all aspects of the end-to-end consultative sales and account management process. Duties include speaking to new and existing customers, answering inbound inquiries, making outbound calls to introduce debt recovery services, building relationships, identifying sales opportunities, updating CRM systems, working with the management and operations teams, following up with prospective clients, creating social media content, and working towards sales targets with uncapped commission. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, telesales, or sales is beneficial but not essential. The program includes full training, ongoing coaching, and support to develop into a successful Business Development Executive. The employer is a leading debt recovery specialist.
