Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above (or equivalent). Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential. A confident telephone manner, resilience, initiative, patience, and a willingness to learn are also required.
