About the role

BARNES & BRYANT FIRE AND SEC is seeking its first Sales Apprentice to gain exposure to the full sales cycle. This role offers hands-on experience in prospecting, lead generation, customer engagement, account management, sales planning, proposal preparation, and CRM management. The apprentice will build and maintain customer relationships, generate qualified leads, update the CRM system, support sales campaigns, and contribute to departmental targets. The role also involves gathering market intelligence and collaborating with marketing and operational teams. Upon completion, there are opportunities for career progression within sales, sales support, or other areas of the business.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Good communication, IT, administrative, and customer care skills are essential, alongside attention to detail, organisation, initiative, and the ability to work in a team.
