About the role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to kick-start a career in sales, gain practical experience, and develop essential skills in sales, business development, and account management. You will assist the sales team in lead generation, follow up on inquiries, and support with preparing quotes and processing orders. The role involves identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products, and building product knowledge. You will also help maintain CRM systems, support data entry, and provide excellent customer service through various communication channels. This apprenticeship includes attending training sessions and completing coursework.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above, strong communication skills, IT skills, attention to detail, organisation skills, accuracy, time management skills, ability to work well under pressure, confident phone manner, goal-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable, and a willingness to learn.
