About the role

Bluebird Care is seeking a dedicated apprentice to join their team in Portsmouth, providing high-quality, compassionate care to elderly and vulnerable individuals in their own homes. This apprenticeship will lead to an Adult Care Worker (Level 2) qualification. Responsibilities include supporting personal care, providing companionship, effective communication, problem-solving within regulations, understanding nutrition and hydration, safeguarding, medication administration, handling challenging situations, and teamwork.
