This role requires quick thinking, a passion for technology, strong problem-solving abilities, teamwork, physical and mental fitness, and enthusiasm for maintaining complex systems. Career progression opportunities are excellent, with the potential to rise through the ranks to Petty Officer or even a Commissioned Officer, with all training and qualifications being recognised by future civilian employers.
