About the role
We are seeking an Apprentice Recruiter to join a dynamic recruitment office in Darlington. This position is perfect for individuals keen to launch a career in recruitment and cultivate robust communication, organizational, and customer service abilities. You will support recruitment consultants with daily tasks, source and screen candidates, contact them via various channels, arrange interviews, maintain records, assist with compliance, and learn about recruitment processes and best practices. The role also includes general administrative and office support duties.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Essential skills include administrative capabilities, attention to detail, strong communication, creativity, customer care, flexibility, initiative, IT proficiency, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork.
