About the role

Empathia Ltd is seeking an Adult Care Apprentice to join their team in Pershore. This role involves providing frontline care for vulnerable adults in various settings, including homes, daycare centres, and residential homes. As an apprentice, you will be a key member of the team, planning and completing activities to enhance service users' quality of life, assisting with personal care, helping with meal preparation, and completing necessary paperwork. Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths grade 4-9, Communication skills, Customer care skills, Patience, Non-judgemental attitude, Team working skills. Must have a valid driving licence and a car.
