About the role

We are seeking a bubbly, enthusiastic, and approachable individual to join us as a Support Worker Apprentice. You will be responsible for delivering prepared lessons and working with young adults with special needs. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to connect with young adults with additional needs in a supportive and understanding manner, demonstrating a genuine passion for helping others learn and grow. Duties include assisting in classroom activities as a teaching assistant, preparing and serving lunches and breaks, maintaining kitchen and toilet cleanliness, providing toilet support for users, report writing, and escorting users in a vehicle. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, teamwork, creativity, initiative, and patience.
