About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join WM MORRISON SUPERMARKETS P L C as a Cafe Apprentice. The role is part of the Proper Jobs: Fresh Start Programme and involves completing a level 2 Food and Beverage Team Member Standard. Initially, you will spend 13 weeks as a Customer Assistant before progressing to the 12-month apprenticeship. Upon successful completion, there's a potential pathway to the Sir Ken Morrison Leadership School, a six-month program designed to kickstart a career in retail management. The apprenticeship will provide hands-on experience in serving food and beverages, customer service, handling transactions, and teamwork within the hospitality sector of the store's cafes. This is a chance to gain valuable skills and potentially secure a permanent position.
