About the role
Embark on a three-year Retail Degree Apprenticeship with WM Morrison Supermarkets PLC and become a store manager. This program places you at the heart of store operations, offering hands-on experience across all departments. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of store systems and operations, followed by leadership training to prepare you for managing your own departments. The scheme involves rotations in supermarkets and convenience stores, with potential placements in the retail support office. Upon successful completion, you will be a Manager in one of their stores, responsible for a department and a team, with joint accountability for the store's daily operations. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to earn while you learn, with all university fees covered, in partnership with the University of Bradford. A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel up to 25 miles are required.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths grade 4, plus 112 UCAS points. Essential skills include communication, attention to detail, customer care, administration, analytical skills, teamwork, and initiative.
