About the role
FIRST RUNG LIMITED is seeking a confident and proactive Recruitment & Marketing Apprentice to join their team in London. This role involves supporting recruitment activities, assisting with event management, and promoting the company to attract new candidates. The apprentice will gain practical experience in administration and marketing, developing key skills for a successful career. Duties include contacting candidates, updating databases, assisting with recruitment calls and screening, creating job advertisements, and using social media for promotion. The apprentice will also play a role in marketing and PR materials, attend marketing events, and perform general administrative tasks. Off-the-job training will be provided weekly at the Colindale Centre. First Rung is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English (Grade 4) and GCSE Maths (Grade 4) required. Strong communication, IT, administrative, and teamwork skills are essential.
