About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to start a career in data, supporting MI and Compliance officers to ensure accurate income claims and contribute to the organisation's smooth operation. The role involves monitoring apprenticeship completions, ensuring learners meet ESFA attendance requirements, and conducting internal audits. Key duties include staying updated with ESFA funding guidance, accurately completing learner records, processing learners on the PICS system, and generating data reports. You will also support with financial reporting, internal quality assurance, and preparing for external audits. The apprenticeship includes a Level 3 Business Administrator qualification, with training provided at the Ponders End centre. Successful applicants will have the chance for further training or employment upon completion.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Communication skills, IT skills, Problem solving skills, Number skills.
