About the role

Find My Staff LTD is seeking a motivated Recruitment Apprentice to join their team in Rainham. This role offers a comprehensive introduction to the recruitment industry, supporting experienced consultants with all facets of candidate sourcing and placement. Key responsibilities include posting job ads, searching CVs, and leveraging social media for advertising. The apprentice will learn to screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, build candidate relationships, and gain proficiency in recruitment software. They will also develop a strong understanding of the industry, client needs, and company procedures. The role involves managing client databases, taking detailed job specifications, shortlisting candidates, and preparing CVs for client submission. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to build a career in recruitment, with the potential for a full-time position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. IT skills, attention to detail, administrative skills, team working, confident telephone manner, strong communication skills, target driven, UK driving licence, own transport.
