About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become an Early Years Educator, working with children aged 0-5. You will gain an Advanced Diploma in Early Years, developing essential skills in creating a safe, engaging, and fun learning environment. Key duties include teaching within the EYFS framework, supporting children's self-care needs, participating in activities, and communicating effectively with colleagues and parents. The role requires dedication, commitment, and punctuality. Successful completion can lead to a Level 3 practitioner role, with potential for career progression into positions like Room Leader or management training, or even a pathway into primary education or paediatric nursing. You will receive support from a dedicated assessor and nursery staff. A laptop/PC is essential for online training, which will occur one day a week for the first 8 weeks. This is a genuine apprenticeship aiming to develop a skilled professional in the childcare sector.
