About the role

BROUGHTON (SEVENOAKS) LTD is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Apprentice to join their team at Broughton Cottage. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop a career in childcare, supporting the daily activities within the nursery and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for babies and young children. The apprentice will work closely with lead educators, promoting the development and well-being of each child. Duties include supervising and engaging with children, communicating effectively, supporting daily routines, maintaining a clean environment, collaborating with colleagues, managing behaviour, driving creative play initiatives, and writing observations for children's learning journeys. The apprenticeship standard is Level 3 Early Years Educator, including a Diploma and Paediatric First Aid. Training provider is REALISE LEARNING AND EMPLOYMENT LIMITED. On-site parking, discounted food, and company events are offered. The nursery is rated Outstanding by Ofsted.
