About the role
This Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship is designed for individuals with some prior experience in a nursery or school setting who are passionate about childcare and eager to advance their careers. The role involves providing engaging activities that foster learning and fun for children, supporting their development through planning and observations, and preparing and maintaining a safe and stimulating environment. Responsibilities also include preparing meals, supporting children's self-help needs, and adhering to all safeguarding, health, and hygiene regulations. The apprenticeship includes first aid training and ongoing professional development to meet evolving standards and legal requirements. Upon successful completion, apprentices will qualify as Level 3 practitioners and may have the opportunity for permanent employment. This qualification opens doors to various childcare-related roles, including social work, teaching, and management positions.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above.
