About the role
Kickstart your career in early years education! Join a nurturing and dynamic team as an Early Years Educator apprentice. You'll gain hands-on experience working with children, creating engaging learning environments, and supporting their development while studying towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. As an apprentice, your responsibilities will include planning and delivering fun, engaging activities tailored to children’s individual needs and interests, supporting children’s social, emotional, and physical development, and ensuring a safe, secure, and inclusive environment for all children. You will also observe and record children’s progress to monitor their development, assist with daily routines such as meals, naps, and hygiene, and build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. By completing this apprenticeship, you will gain a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification, the knowledge and skills required to work as a qualified Early Years Educator, and a thorough understanding of child development, safeguarding, and play-based learning. Opportunities exist for progression into roles such as Room Leader, Deputy Manager, or further study in childcare and education.
