About the role
An exciting opportunity to continue your childcare career with Parenta Training, working within a supportive early years setting at Broadfields Day Nursery. You will develop your knowledge and skills whilst working towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and supporting children aged 0-5 to learn, develop and thrive. Duties include supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework, planning and delivering engaging activities, completing observations and assessments, and promoting positive behaviour and inclusive practice. You will work closely with colleagues and families to support children's progress and ensure their health, safety, and wellbeing at all times, adhering to safeguarding and confidentiality procedures.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English (Pass), GCSE Maths (Pass), Desired GCSE Early Years Practitioner (Pass). Strong communication, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, administrative, and number skills are essential, alongside initiative, patience, and a non-judgemental attitude.
