About the role
Start your career in childcare with Wigwam Nurseries. Gain hands-on experience working with children whilst studying towards your Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. You'll be supported by an experienced team, receive high-quality training, and develop the skills needed for a rewarding career in early years education.
Duties include supporting children's learning and development, helping to create a safe and stimulating environment, building positive relationships, assisting with planning and delivering activities, observing progress, supporting personal care routines, maintaining learning environments, and following nursery policies. You will also complete off-the-job training towards your Level 3 qualification.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or Functional Skills Level 2. Strong communication, attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, teamwork, initiative, and patience are essential.
