About the role
Mottingham Hall is seeking an enthusiastic apprentice to join their team as an Early Years Educator Level 3.
As an apprentice, you will contribute to providing top-quality childcare and early education for all children. You will work alongside experienced staff, supporting the nursery's operations and growth. The role involves fostering children's learning and development by applying your understanding of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality childcare, collaborating with the team, celebrating children's achievements with families, creating play-based learning activities, and building strong professional relationships.
Ideal candidates will possess good communication and teamwork skills, be passionate, reliable, and have some understanding of EYFS. A Level 2 qualification or willingness to study for a Level 3 is required, and a DBS check must be completed. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in the Early Years sector.
Entry requirements
