Early Years Lead Apprentice

About the role

Cleo's Caring Corner Day Nursery is seeking an Early Years Lead Apprentice. This role involves providing high-quality learning, development, and care for children aged 0-5, filling in for the nursery manager, and overseeing staff as instructed. The apprentice will be responsible for ensuring a safe environment for children, employees, and visitors. Building alliances with parents and caregivers to enhance their child's growth is a key aspect of the role. The position also requires taking on any duties assigned by the nursery manager. A Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification is essential, along with strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organizational, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, administrative, analytical, teamwork, initiative, non-judgmental, and patience skills. GCSE English and Maths at C/4 are desired.
