Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprentice Level 5

About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of a nursery, promoting high standards of care and education. The role involves leading by example, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to the planning and implementation of an engaging curriculum aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). You will focus on children's communication, language, and literacy development, monitor their learning progress, and ensure inclusive practice for all children, including those with SEND. Maintaining safeguarding procedures and supporting nursery policies are key responsibilities. The apprenticeship also involves building positive relationships with parents and carers, supporting transitions, and contributing to team development. You will also be expected to attend apprenticeship training sessions and complete all coursework.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English: 4 or C, GCSE Mathematics: 4 or C, A Level Early Years Level 3 Apprentice: Level 3
