About the role

WMC Training is seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join a professional, rewarding, and supportive nursery school in Telford. This Lead Practitioner role at Level 5 involves supporting fellow educators, working towards an early years qualification, and caring for children aged 0-5. Key duties include feeding, nappy changing, toileting, planning age-appropriate play, ensuring safeguarding, observing and assessing children's development, building positive relationships with parents, and adhering to setting policies. The role requires ensuring high standards of health and safety and attending training events. Entry requirements

• Desired / Early Years Educator - Level 3 / Early Years Educator - Level 3 / Pass. Communication skills, Attention to detail, Team working, Creative, Initiative, Patience. Passing a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
