About the role

Pelican Place Nursery is offering an exciting opportunity for an Early Years Educator Apprentice to join their team. This on-the-job training will provide a realistic experience of working in a day nursery, with an allocated buddy and the chance to work towards the role of a key person. The apprenticeship involves attending training days with the provider and working at the nursery. Responsibilities include assisting in providing high standards of care and education, contributing to planning, liaising with staff regarding children's needs, maintaining a safe environment, and adhering to nursery policies. You will support children's development through observation, assessment, and planning of stimulating activities, with a focus on inclusion.
