About the role

Charlie Bears Childcare Limited is seeking a dedicated Childcare Apprentice to join their team in Cheltenham, England. This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to study towards an Early Years Educator Level 3 qualification. The apprentice will be involved in the care, learning, and development of babies and children aged birth to 3 years, working alongside experienced practitioners. Key responsibilities include assisting with age-appropriate activities, supporting individual children's needs, encouraging communication and language development, and ensuring a safe and stimulating environment. The role will cover aspects of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), safeguarding, health and safety, observations, child development, and building effective partnerships with parents and carers. Ideal candidates will be caring, reliable, enthusiastic, willing to learn, and possess strong teamwork and communication skills. Initiative and a proactive approach are also valued. This is an excellent pathway to a rewarding career in early years education, with potential for a full-time role upon successful completion.
