About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become an Apprentice Customer Consultant at KBA Financial Services. You will be responsible for providing professional customer service, handling cash transactions accurately, operating a cash till, opening savings accounts, assisting customers with online and telephone banking, promoting products and services, booking appointments for advisors, and completing administration tasks. You will also ensure compliance with all company procedures. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, number skills, and a professional, reliable, and honest attitude. GCSE English and Maths at C/4 or above are essential.
