About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to join the finance department at THE TRAINING PLACE OF EXCELLENCE LIMITED as an Apprentice Accountant Assistant. You will be involved in a range of essential accountancy duties including setting up and updating cash flow reports, managing and maintaining nominal codes, updating and reconciling nominal ledgers, maintaining sales and purchase ledgers, and dealing with bank postings and reconciliation. The role is based at 43-45 High Road, Bushey Heath, Bushey, WD23 1EE. The apprenticeship is for a duration of 1 Year 3 Months and upon completion, there is potential for a AAT Level 3 Apprenticeship and full-time employment. The training will provide you with an AAT Level 2 Foundation Certificate qualification, a Level 2 NVQ, and an Accounting/Finance Apprenticeship Level 2 qualification. Apprentices without Level 1 English and maths will need to achieve this level and take the test for level 2 prior to their end-point assessment.
