About the role
Cobalt Accountants Ltd is seeking an Accounts Assistant Apprentice to join their team at the Oak Business Centre in Sileby, Loughborough. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting, working with accounting software, processing invoices and expenses, reconciling statements, and communicating with team members. The role also involves administrative tasks such as answering the telephone and preparing/scanning documents. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there is potential for career progression towards becoming a newly qualified accountant within 3 to 5 years. The company is an experienced firm dedicated to supporting businesses across the UK, with clients spread across the East Midlands and beyond.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths: 4/C or above. Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, number, and team working skills are essential.
