About the role

As a Recruitment Resourcer Apprentice, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and connecting talented individuals with exciting career prospects. Your responsibilities will extend to matching candidates with available opportunities, maintaining communication with your talent network, and generating new leads. This role encourages initiative in exploring creative sourcing methods and expanding your professional network to stay ahead of the competition. You will also contribute to the smooth operation of the branch and the overall success of the business by supporting the team.
