About the role

Milewood Healthcare Ltd is seeking a People Operations Apprentice to join their HR team in Doncaster. This role offers a structured opportunity to begin a career in Human Resources, providing day-to-day administrative support, managing HR documentation, maintaining employee records, and responding to employee queries. The apprentice will also assist with HR projects, drafting policies, and supporting project tracking.

Key responsibilities include HR administration, processing leaver forms and contract variations, maintaining HR systems, and handling the HR inbox. The role requires good organizational skills, attention to detail, clear communication, basic IT skills, and the ability to handle confidential information. Previous HR experience is not essential as full training and support will be provided. Milewood Healthcare offers a supportive environment for developing administrative, communication, and organizational skills, with the chance to gain a recognized apprenticeship qualification while building workplace experience. Upon successful completion, there may be opportunities for higher-level apprenticeships or full-time employment.
