Human Resources Apprentice

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Heart of Worcestershire College as a Human Resources Apprentice. You will be involved in a variety of HR tasks, including assisting in drafting job descriptions, preparing offer letters, creating internal communications, supporting staff training enrollments, and assisting with the onboarding process for new starters. You will also provide administrative support in staff recruitment, maintain filing systems, and update the HR database. A key aspect of this role is maintaining a positive, customer-focused approach and dealing with incoming communications effectively. You will participate in training to complete the apprenticeship programme and gain valuable experience in the HR field. Upon successful completion, there may be an opportunity for a full-time position or progression to a Level 5 Apprenticeship.

Entry requirements

• GCSE Maths and English: 4 (Essential). Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Problem solving skills, Presentation skills, Administrative skills, Number skills, Logical thinking, Team working, Non judgemental, Patience.
